Overview

Chris Zorzi needed a complete online presence for a new independent support and consultation business helping families navigate difficult moments at home. The service is built around listening carefully, understanding the full family picture, and helping parents find practical next steps rather than leaving them with more vague advice.

The project covered the wider brand direction as well as the website itself: visual identity, tone, page structure, illustration style, content flow, calls to action, and a design system that could feel approachable without becoming childish or overly clinical.

The result is a friendly, professional website that gives families a clear sense of what the service offers, who it is for, and how the process works.

The Challenge

As a new small business, the brand needed to quickly communicate trust, clarity, and warmth.

The website could not feel like a generic therapy, coaching, or consultant template. It needed to speak to parents who may already feel overwhelmed, while still positioning the business as professional, independent, and practical.

The main challenge was finding the right balance: soft enough to feel approachable, but structured enough to give confidence. The service also needed to explain several different offers clearly, including Parent Coaching, Behavior Support Strategies, Family Support, and Resources & Visual Tools.

There was also a wider messaging challenge. The business is not just about “fixing behavior.” The site needed to show that the approach starts by listening to different perspectives, understanding what is happening around difficult moments, and turning that into usable next steps for everyday family life.

The Solution

I created a calm, illustrative brand and website direction based around guidance, navigation, family connection, and small practical steps forward.

The visual language uses a friendly hand-drawn style, soft blues, natural scenes, compass/navigation details, and warm family-focused imagery. This helped give the business a distinctive look while keeping the tone reassuring and accessible.

The homepage was structured to guide visitors through the offer in a simple way:

H2: Clear positioning
The hero section introduces the service with the message “Better Behavior. Stronger Families.” and explains that Zorzi Consulting gives families an independent place to talk honestly, hear the full picture, and find a practical way forward.

H2: Service cards
The main services were broken into clear sections so parents can quickly understand the support available: Parent Coaching, Behavior Support Strategies, Family Support, and Resources & Visual Tools.

H2: Process-led content
Rather than relying on generic marketing copy, the site explains the actual approach: listen first, find a next step, and keep the family in the plan. This gives the page a more grounded, useful feel.

H2: Trust and founder section
The “Meet Chris” section introduces the owner in a direct and human way, supported by professional affiliations, helping the site feel credible without becoming cold or corporate.

The design also includes clear conversion points, including booking and contact routes, while keeping the page calm and easy to browse.

The Result

The finished website gives a polished and distinctive online presence from launch.

It now has a brand direction that feels personal, memorable, and relevant to the work: calm navigation, family support, practical tools, and positive movement forward. The content explains the offer in plain language and avoids the overly clinical or generic feel common in this type of space.

The site gives visitors a clear path from first impression to enquiry, with service pages, process content, founder information, and contact options all working together.

For a new consultant-led small business, the project created more than a website. It established the foundations of a brand: visual style, tone of voice, positioning, service structure, and a flexible design direction that can continue to grow with the business.
