What I Build
Most websites are built from templates. That works fine for a lot of businesses. But if you need something that actually does something — takes payments, manages users, syncs with your tools, runs on real data — you need custom code.
Custom Functionality
Need a booking system, client portal, membership area, or something that simply doesn't exist as a plugin? I build it from scratch, exactly how you need it.
React & Next.js Apps
Fast, modern web applications built with React and Next.js — the same stack that powers this site. Server-side rendering, dynamic data, and excellent SEO out of the box.
API Integrations
Connect your app to Stripe, Supabase, Airtable, third-party APIs, or any data source. Everything wired up properly, not duct-taped together.
Admin Panels & Dashboards
Custom admin interfaces so you can manage your own data without touching a line of code. Built specifically for how you actually work, not a generic CMS.
Database-Backed Sites
Dynamic content that lives in a real database — posts, products, listings, users, or whatever your project needs. Scales properly as you grow.
Performance & Security
Every build is optimised for speed and locked down properly. No bloated plugins, no unnecessary dependencies, no security shortcuts.
Typical Stack
Built for your orbit,
not someone else's.
Common Questions
What is the difference between a web app and a standard website?
A standard website is mostly content. A web app includes interactive functionality such as user logins, changing data, forms, and integrations.
Do I need to know which technology to use?
No. I recommend the right tools based on what you need to build.
How much does a web app cost?
It depends on complexity. A simple booking form is very different from a full multi-user platform, so I scope the project before quoting. I can help you prioritise an initial version around the features that matter most, rather than trying to build everything at once.
Can you take over an existing project?
Sometimes. Send me a link or a brief and I can assess the codebase and what needs doing. I will be upfront if the existing setup is suitable to continue with or if rebuilding part of it would be the more reliable option.
Can you add custom functionality to my existing website?
In many cases, yes. I can review your current site and advise whether the feature can be added cleanly, whether an integration would work better or whether a separate tool is the right approach.
Will I be able to update the site or app myself?
That depends on what you need to manage. I can build appropriate editing controls for content and data that you need to update regularly, while keeping the underlying functionality protected from accidental changes.
