Overview
U-Connect needed more than a standard transportation website. The project involved designing and building a full digital platform that combined a polished marketing website with an online booking and scheduling system.
I built the site to support medical transportation, airport rides, workforce shuttles, wheelchair-accessible transport, private rides, and recurring bookings. Alongside the public website, the platform includes customer accounts, a user dashboard, database-backed ride requests, and a custom dispatcher CRM for managing bookings from one central system.
This was an appointment booking website in the practical sense: customers can submit the trip details needed to request transport, while the internal team can review and manage those requests through the same platform.
The Challenge
U-Connect needed to turn a service-business website into a functional transportation platform. The site had to explain multiple services clearly while giving customers a straightforward way to request rides, create accounts, and manage their booking information.
The internal team also needed a better way to view and manage ride requests without relying on disconnected forms, emails, or manual spreadsheets.

The Solution
I designed and developed a full-stack transportation website and booking platform tailored to U-Connect’s requirements. The public site uses a cleaner visual structure, dedicated service pages, location-based content, and clear calls to action that guide visitors toward online booking or contacting dispatch.
I built a booking and scheduling flow that collects pickup and drop-off locations, date, time, vehicle type, customer information, and ride notes. Booking requests are stored as database-backed records rather than being limited to disconnected form submissions.
I also implemented authentication, customer account creation, and a logged-in user dashboard. Customers can create an account, remain logged in, view ride information, and manage their profile.
For the internal team, I built a custom dispatcher CRM where booking records can be reviewed and managed in one place. I also refined the responsive design across the booking form, dashboard, navigation, buttons, inputs, and page spacing.

The Result
