Overview
I designed and developed Sunny Way Real Estate’s website as a local service project shaped around the client’s brand, audience, and commercial goals. The work combined website design with local SEO considerations and a more deliberate service-page structure, so the site could present the offer with greater clarity.
As a real estate business serving a local audience, Sunny Way Real Estate needed a digital presence that made its services easier to understand and its next steps easier to find. I created a responsive foundation that supports a consistent experience across devices while giving the business a more confident, professional presentation.
The Challenge
The challenge was to turn Sunny Way Real Estate’s offer into a website that felt clear, credible, and easy to navigate for local visitors. The site needed to communicate the business with enough visual confidence to support trust, while keeping the route towards an enquiry practical and straightforward.
I also needed to account for search visibility through a structure that could support local SEO. That meant organising service information in a way that was useful for visitors first, while providing a clearer SEO-ready framework for the website.
The Solution
I built a responsive website with a clean visual hierarchy and page structure designed to help visitors understand Sunny Way Real Estate’s offer quickly. The design focused on clearer presentation, logical navigation, and a user journey that guides visitors towards making an enquiry.
I incorporated local SEO and SEO-ready content organisation into the build, with service-page structure that gives the client’s services a more purposeful place within the site. This approach brought web design, responsive presentation, and search-focused organisation together without losing focus on the visitor experience.
The Result
The finished, live website gives Sunny Way Real Estate a stronger digital presence with clearer messaging and a more confident presentation of its local service offer. Visitors now have a more structured route through the site, making the services and enquiry journey easier to follow.
The project also provides a practical foundation for ongoing growth through its responsive build, service-page organisation, and local SEO-ready structure. Rather than relying on a vague or fragmented presentation, the site is designed to support clarity, credibility, and future search visibility.
