Overview
Inspectra is a modern SaaS platform designed to help plant hire companies, fleet operators, and equipment rental teams manage digital inspections, condition reports, and asset evidence from one secure dashboard.
The Challenge
Inspection evidence was being handled through paper forms, WhatsApp images, email attachments, and scattered folders. That made photos hard to trace, damage disputes harder to resolve, and depot review inconsistent.
The Solution
The product combines a premium marketing site with a logged-in inspection platform. Operators complete guided checks against visual hotspots, dispatchers review submitted evidence, and administrators manage users, assets, templates, and inspection zones.
The Result
The platform gives teams a structured alternative to manual paperwork, with clearer audit trails, private evidence storage, role-based workflows, and AI-assisted notes that support human review without replacing it.
