Overview
Shop Nature Notes is an online store selling nature-themed stationery, prints, and gifts. With a substantial and growing product catalogue, the store needed a rebuild that could handle volume — making it easy for customers to find what they were looking for without the experience feeling cluttered or slow.
The Challenge
A large product catalogue is an asset, but only when customers can navigate it effectively. The existing store made it difficult to browse the full range, and performance suffered on pages with many products — slowing the experience at exactly the moments when customers needed to feel confident browsing.
