Pearlstone Home Health is a Medicare-certified home health provider based in Barrington, Illinois, offering skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapy, wound care, medical social services, and home health aide support. The website needed to communicate this range of care clearly, establish immediate trust with families researching their options, and serve as a reliable resource for healthcare referral partners.
The Challenge
Healthcare websites carry a particular weight — people arrive at them at difficult moments, looking for clear information and a sense that the organisation they're considering is genuinely capable and trustworthy. The existing site wasn't structured in a way that made services easy to understand or that communicated the professionalism of the care being provided.
